Davidson Crew is the largest club sports team at Davidson College. With some assistance from the college's club sports director, an executive board of students directs the team. Each director has specific duties:

• The President acts as coordinator for team functions and as spokesperson in college business.

• The Director of Equipment takes care of equipment maintenance and inventory.

• The Director of Publicity directs public relations, meeting minutes, and contact with the Friends of Davidson Crew and alumni.

• The Director of Travel registers for regattas and other events and arranges travel and accomodations.

• The Director of Finance supervises fundraisers, the organization budget, and orders merchandise.

• The Novice Representative takes care of food purchases for regattas.

The board makes day to day decisions for the crew while large decisions and purchases are approved by a team vote.
