Tuition and Spending
Money The comprehensive fee does not include miscellaneous expenses or books. Transportation to and from school should be considered in computing the entire cost. Books may cost as much as $900-$1,000 per year. The college bookstore accepts cash, checks, Cat Cards, and major credit cards. Students should not buy used books until they are sure what their professors will require as course text requirements may change. Recreation requires spending money. Students receive free tickets to college and athletic events, but there are costs for food, transportation, and out-of-town games, etc. The student activity fee covers many social and cultural events on campus, but some others are extra. Most students, even those on the nineteen-meals-per-week plan, need additional money for snacks and extra meals. CatCard See also: |
