About 95% of the Davidson student body lives on campus.
On-campus options: There are eleven traditional-style residence halls and six apartment-style buildings.
Housing assignments: RLO makes housing assignments through a lottery that is held each spring semester for the upcoming academic year.
Roommate matches: Davidson takes extraordinary care in pairing roommates. On average, 40% of the freshman class choose to remain with the same roommate for sophomore year. In one recent year, as many as 80% of seniors chose to share an apartment with their freshman roommate.
Laundry: In addition to the college laundry service and facility, washers and dryers are also available in several campus residence buildings.
