Closing Information

«Campus Living

The fees including, but not limited to, those listed below may be assessed during the Closing process. 

• Late Check-out - $250.00
• Improper Check-out - $35.00
• Recore for lost key - $35.00 per key
• Cleaning - hourly rate for Building Services staff plus charges for removing items from room
• Damages to furniture and/or room: Room Condition Guidelines & Damage Charges
