- Attend your hall Closing Meeting.
- Clean your room/apt. of all trash.
Sweep or vacuum your residential space. Check your drawers and
closets for items. Failure to do so will result in cleaning fees.
- Remove unwanted items. All items,
including but not limited to, personal furniture, carpeting and clothing
must be removed from your residential space(s). No items should be
left in any residential area either inside or outside of the living area
or building. Residents will not be permitted to complete the
check-out process until all items are removed from the living area and
building and
deposited in the appropriate locations. Flyers and staff will
inform residents where these items should be deposited.
- Take your bicycle home when you leave
campus.
- Make arrangements to store your
belongings you are not taking home with you. There are no
storage facilities on campus. Patterson Court houses are not
available for storage.
- Notify RLO, Registrar, Dean's Office and
the Controller's Office if you do not intend to return to Davidson next
fall.
- Clear all accounts with Business
Services ASAP. SENIORS cannot graduate until all fines are
paid.
- Return all library books to the Library
before the last exam period. Again, SENIORS cannot graduate until all fines
are paid.
- Return linens to laundry and check for
unclaimed garments prior to leaving campus.
- Sign up for your fall semester meal plan
at the CatCard Services Office in Basement Belk, Monday-Friday, 8:30 am
- 5:00 pm.
