Living in a Martin Court apartment provides Davidson students a Transitional living experience.  Transitional Living provides Davidson students the opportunity to live in a community similar to a local apartment complex.  The Martin Court Community Standards, Rules and Regulations, Lease Agreement, Application for Housing and Assignment processes reflect expectations and conditions students will face when applying to and living in apartments after graduation.  RLO and the College hope to assist Davidson graduates in their transition to off-campus living by creating procedures and living standards similar to what they will encounter after leaving Davidson.  It is important to remember that the Martin Court experience is labeled transitional because residents are still students at Davidson and subject to adherence to all College policies as outlined in the Red Book.
