Regular Business Hours
Any Martin Court resident locked out of their room or apartment during College business hours (8:30 am- 5:00 pm Mon-Fri) may come to RLO in Belk Basement for a complimentary lock-out key.  Please note that any lost keys will require Physical Plant to recore the room and cut new keys at a charge of $35.00 to the resident.

After Business Hours
Martin Court residents locked out of their room or apartment after business hours should contact the following staff for assistance:

Fri-Sat:  Martin Ct Building Manager On-Call (704) 975-3242.
The Martin Court Staff provides courtesy lock-outs on Friday and Saturday.  The first 2 lock-outs during the academic year are free of charge. Any and all lock-outs in excess of 2 will incur a $10.00 fee.

24/7: Public Safety (704) 609-0344. 
Public Safety charges students $10.00 for any and all lock-outs.  Public Safety is the only lock-out option Sundays through Thursdays after hours.
