Welcome to the Martin Court Apartment community! Residents of this community have a freedom, flexibility and services not offered anywhere else at Davidson College. With six residential buildings and over 330 residents, Martin Court is a lively and exciting place to live.

Visit the various Court facilities and read the Martin Court Community Standards & Living Guidelines brochure (also made available at check-in) to find all the important information you will need to know as a resident of Martin Court. Please read all of the information thoroughly to make sure that you clearly understand the expectations and conditions of residency in Martin Court.

These standards and guidelines are supplemental to the student handbook. Davidson students are bound by both to uphold a high standard of living in Martin Court.
