All parties must be registered with the Martin Court Area Coordinator in RLO (8:30 am-5:00 pm M-F) or with a Building Manager during office hours in the MCF Office beside the laundry.
Weekday parties (Sun-Thu) must be registered no later than 24 hours in advance of the party. Weekend parties (Fri-Sat) must be registered by Noon on Thursday prior to that weekend.
Each Martin Court apartment building is limited to a maximum of two (2) party registrations per side of the building per night. In MCF, a maximum of two (2) party registrations for the 01-04 apartments and two (2) for the 05-07 apartments are allowed per night. Additional party registration applications will be denied if that limit has already been met.
Martin Court Staff and Davidson College Campus Police are required to see that the Davidson College Alcohol Policy is followed accordingly in the Martin Court apartments and surrounding areas (courtyards, parking lots etc).
