Available spaces and new reservations can now be made online. Please direct any questions to the Master Calendar Coordinator, Lynda Daniels, 8:30am - 5:00pm, M-F or by calling 704-894-2174.

Technical Services
If technical support in the form of PA or lighting is required for a meeting or event, please remember to request support from Technical Services when reserving a space online. The cost of technical services is $12.00 per hour with a 2 hour minimum. Requests must be made at least 7-10 working days before the event or we cannot guarantee service.
