The Center for Interdisciplinary Studies offers capable and highly motivated students the opportunity to design their own interdisciplinary majors.  Center faculty members advise students, work with them individually on projects, and offer interdisciplinary seminars and tutorials.  In these and other ways, the Center serves those students who desire alternatives to departmental majors.
