All records of disciplinary proceedings that result in dismissal of the charge or finding of no violation are destroyed immediately after the termination of the proceeding. All records of disciplinary proceedings that result in imposition of the sanctions of warning, censure, fine and restitution shall be destroyed in the fifth year following final imposition of the sanction.
