Rationale for Judgment of Compliance Davidson College’s organizational structure is clearly defined in its organizational chart which, as per the Davidson College Constitution Article I.5, must be maintained by the President and available for inspection:
The organizational chart is also published each year in the College’s Fact File which is distributed both electronically and in hardcopy. Detailed position descriptions are maintained by the Human Resources Office and available in hardcopy in its office and electronically in a publicly shared network folder.
