Comprehensive Standard 3.10.2 - Accurate and complete financial statements

The institution provides financial statements and related documents, including multiple measures for determining financial health as requested by the Commission, which accurately and appropriately represent the total operation of the institution.

Judgment of Compliance

Davidson College is in compliance with Comprehensive Standard 3.10.2.

Rationale for Judgment of Compliance

Davidson College presents audited financial statements to the Audit Subcommittee of the Finance and Budget Committee of the Board of Trustees and, previously, directly to the Finance and Budget Committee. Those financial statements and related documents accurately and appropriately represent the total operation of Davidson College and are prepared in accordance with guidelines set forth by the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB).
