Sleeping Beauty

In celebration of the life of Rupert T. Barber, Jr., the Davidson College Theatre Department and The Connie Company, Davidson Community Players theatre for children, stage his acclaimed script of this timeless tale. Beautiful princess Aurora, cursed from infancy by an angry fairy, falls into a 100 year sleep on her 16th birthday. But with a little luck and the help of the Fairy Queen and a handsome prince, Aurora may just live happily ever after!

Tickets may be reserved from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. beginning Monday, January 15, by calling the Davidson Community Players box office at 704-892-7918. All reserved tickets will be held at Will Call. Reservations are stongly encouraged, as the performances generally sell out.
